Cold Stamping section
The stamping section follows a streamlined and precise process. Coils are first unwound by the decoiler, then flattened and leveled through the straightener to ensure material consistency. Next, the sheet is accurately advanced by the servo feeder, delivering it to the press with optimal positioning. Finally, the press machine and tooling perform high-precision stamping operations, shaping each component to exact specifications with efficiency and consistency.
Welding section
In the welding section, components are conveyed to the welding stations via transfer lines and robotic arms for precise, automated handling. After undergoing precision cutting and turnover transfer, each part is accurately positioned for plasma welding, ensuring high-quality welds, consistent performance, and enhanced production efficiency.
Forming section
Following the welding stage, components enter the forming section for a series of high-precision operations, including expanding, embossing, flanging, lifter screw hole piercing, and seaming, sprider hole piercing, countersinking and screwing. All raw materials of the drum assembly such as front cover, back cover, screws will be loaded to the line with belt conveyor. Only one operator is needed to pre-assemble the round drum part with front cover and back cover./ Once all forming operations are completed, the assemblies are transferred smoothly to the next stage via a roller conveyor, ensuring an efficient and continuous production flow.
