Sheet Metal Auto Stamping Line
Our Sheet Metal Auto Stamping Line delivers precise, stable, and efficient forming for high-volume production. Through automated feeding, stamping,
and handling, raw blanks are transformed into accurate, consistent parts with smooth flow and minimal manual intervention. Designed for modern manufacturing, it improves productivity, reduces labor, and ensures reliable quality at every stage.
    The Mission of the Line
Our automatic stamping line enables flat sheet blanks to move through a fully automated sequence of forming operations, gradually shaping, bending, and refining each piece until it becomes a finished, high-precision component.
Progressive Die & Transfer Die Solutions for High-Precision Metal Forming
Modern sheet-metal manufacturing relies on two advanced stamping concepts: Progressive Die Stamping and Transfer Die Stamping. Each solution follows a distinct engineering philosophy and serves different part geometries, production volumes, and automation requirements. Our integrated stamping lines support both approaches, offering a full combination of feeders, robots, transfer units, shuttle carts, and in-line inspection to achieve stable, high-efficiency production.
1. Transfer Die Stamping Line
High flexibility. Complex geometries. Designed for deep-drawn or large components
In a Transfer Die Line, the part is removed from the die at each station and moved to the next forming step by an external transfer mechanism. This allows each station to be completely independent, enabling complex part rotations, multiple drawing stages, and three-dimensional forming processes impossible in progressive dies.

Typical Automation Components
  • Transfer mechanisms or NC transfer units: Servo-controlled grippers synchronize with the press to transfer parts with high positional accuracy.
  • Shuttle carts / linear transfer platforms: Used for larger panels or multi-press tandem lines.
  • 6-axis industrial robots: Ideal for flexible handling, multi-angle placement, part flipping, or integration with vision systems.

Advantages
  • Perfect for deep-drawn, box-type, large, or irregular components
  • Greater freedom for forming complexity and part orientation
  • Easy to incorporate intermediate inspection or additional operations between stations

Best For
Automotive body parts, appliance housings, deep-drawn containers, structural components, and large three-dimensional sheet-metal parts.
2. Progressive Die Stamping Line
High speed. Continuous flow. Ideal for stable, medium-to-small parts.
A Progressive Die Line feeds coil stock into the press and advances the strip from one station to the next in a single, uninterrupted motion. Multiple forming steps—blanking, piercing, bending, shallow drawing—occur simultaneously during every press stroke. This configuration is widely favored for large-volume, repeatable parts where consistency and productivity are critical.

Key Automation Features
  • Coil loading & servo feeding system: Ensures smooth, accurate strip advancement to maintain high cyclic speeds.
  • Robotic off-loading or part sorting: Industrial robots or picking devices manage finished parts, scrap handling, or transfer to downstream processes.
  • In-die sensors: Monitor tool conditions, prevent misfeeds, and protect the tooling during high-speed operation.

Advantages
  • Excellent productivity and cost efficiency for mass production
  • Compact structure, minimal handling between operations
  • High consistency due to synchronized in-die forming

Best For
Flat parts, brackets, appliance components, automotive metal clips, electrical hardware, and any part with stable geometry suitable for strip-driven processing.
