ST1:Drum Sheet Auto Laser Welding Line
The Drum Sheet Auto Laser Welding Line is a fully automated solution designed for high-precision welding of drum sheet components. Utilizing advanced laser welding technology, the line ensures strong, consistent, and aesthetically clean welds with minimal heat distortion.
The system integrates automatic sheet feeding, precision positioning, real-time monitoring, and intelligent control, delivering superior accuracy and repeatability across the entire processes of loading, precision cutting, servo clamping, welding and unloading. With a user-friendly HMI interface, quick changeover functions, and modular station design, the line provides outstanding flexibility for different drum specifications.
Engineered for efficiency, durability, and reliability, this welding line significantly reduces manual intervention, improves production throughput, and guarantees stable product quality. ST2: Necking and Flanging Machine
The machine’s main frame is constructed from square steel pipes, with safety protection provided by a combination of metal plates, mesh, and aluminum profiles.
The spindle is driven by a motor, while the cylinder-powered internal bracing mechanism ensures firm expansion of the drum. To prevent surface damage, the four internal bracing modules are coated with rubber.
Both the positioning wheels and flanging wheels are manufactured from imported SKH51 steel with TiCN coating, offering a service life of ≥300,000 cycles.
The electrical control cabinet is integrated with the machine body, enabling easy relocation when needed.
When processing drums of different diameters, the flanging support mold must be replaced accordingly.
 
ST3:Embossing Machine
The equipment adopts a welded steel frame with safety protection using metal plates, grids, and aluminum profiles.
It rotates the drum to perform sequential embossing on three sides, integrating a drum support mechanism, forming mechanism, embossing mold, and hydraulic station.
The servo-driven drum support allows smooth vertical movement, while quick-fix embossing molds with handles ensure easy replacement for different patterns.
Safety grating and an air gun are provided for operator protection and mold cleaning.
For convenience, the machine is equipped with a front foot pedal for manual loading/unloading and a customizable feeding slide designed to match the operation height.
ST4:Paddle Slot Forming Machine
The Paddle Slot Forming Machine is a specialized solution for high-precision forming of paddle slots in drum components and sheet-metal parts. ST5:Seaming Machine
his machine features a robust square-steel frame with metal plate protection.
Equipped with servo-driven vertical and rotational spindles, it ensures precise motion and enables one-click model change for drums of varying heights.
Four forming wheels (2 curling + 2 flattening) with servo–screw propulsion allow position adjustments directly via HMI. Made from imported SKH51 with TiCN coating, the wheels deliver a service life of over 200,000 cycles.
A manual oil-spray system ensures proper lubrication, while the integrated control cabinet design allows easy relocation. For different drum covers, profiling disks can be quickly replaced.

ST6:Piercing Machine
This machine is built on a robust square-steel frame with metal plate, grid, and aluminum profile protection.
High-precision sliding plates, guide pillars, and profiling fixtures ensure accurate alignment and consistent circumferential positioning of the drum.
The servo-driven upper press and bottom cylinder support guarantee precise height control.
Featuring a dual-hole piercing process, all waste is automatically collected in the supplied trolley.
Punches and dies are made of high-strength alloy steel with a service life of over 100,000 cycles.
Quick-change assemblies and profiling blocks allow fast model changeovers for different drum specifications.

ST7:Automatic Coutersinking and Screwing Machine
Operator loads parts (cross-piece, drum body) on the station and machine finishes the cycle. 
The machine performs the cross-piece with drum body automatic screwing by servo motor. 
The machine includes screw automatic feeding device. 
Person can change type by HMI. 
Production cycle: ≤20 S/p.
ST8:Run-out Measuring Machine

Welded structure of main frame
Adopt servo motor to drive the main shaft to rotate. The product is manually fixed by tightening with nuts.
A metal detection ring with a specific diameter is prepared. Different products require different metal detection rings.
Use digital dial indicator to show the run-out condition.
The position and rotation speed of the product can be selected through the HMI interface.
