    Production line composition
Equipment Composition of This Production Line:
A loading trolley, die-changing station, 200-ton press, stamping dies, safety fencing, gantry robot, unloading conveyor belt, electrical system, pneumatic system, and monitoring system.
 
Production Process of the Stamping Line: Forklift-loaded blanks are manually placed and aligned on the loading cart. The cart then moves to the robot pick-up position. After activating the two-hand safety buttons, the upper pick-up robot retrieves the blanks directly from the cart and transfers them onto the secondary positioning conveyor for precise alignment.

Next, a five-axis gantry robot picks up the positioned blank and places it into the first press for forming. Once the first-stage stamping is completed, the gantry robot transfers the part to the second press, and the process continues sequentially. After four stamping operations, the gantry robot places the finished part onto the unloading conveyor. Operators then collect the final parts at the end of the conveyor line.
 
 Safety Instructions for the Automated Stamping Line
1. Safety Doors
The line is equipped with safety doors for operator protection.
    The safety door can only be opened after the locking pin is manually removed.
    When any safety door is open, all equipment within the entire line automatically stops to prevent accidental operation.
 
2. Safety Light Curtains and Lower Perimeter Guarding
Safety light curtains and lower perimeter mesh guards are installed around the stamping area.
    During automatic operation, if the safety light curtain is interrupted, the entire production line immediately stops.
    During die-changing mode, the safety light curtain is temporarily deactivated to allow maintenance operations.
 
3. Safety Light Curtain at the Loading Entry
A dedicated light curtain is installed at the blank-loading entry.
    During automatic operation, triggering this light curtain causes only the loading section of the line to stop.
    During manual loading or loading-mode operations, the light curtain is disabled as required to allow material handling.
