Production line composition
ST1:Rolling Machine
Frame: welded structure with square tubes.
Drive: use motor to drive the conveying belt.
3 rubber-covered rollers are used for rolling, to avoid scratching the sheet material.
The size of the rolling circle can be adjusted by adjusting the gap between the three rubber-covered rollers.
Rolling pattern: upward rolling, with material receiving platform.
The control cabinet is fixed on the machine, and a start button and a stop button are installed on the machine.
For drums with different patterns, the upper rolling roller needs to be replaced when changing models.
ST2:TIG welding machine
The main body of the equipment adopts the welded frame, and use metal plates as safety guard.
The equipment includes: seam positioning mechanism, welding gun transfer mechanism, water cooling system, and gas protection system.
The welding gun transfer mechanism adopts the form of linear module + welding gun + lifting cylinder to realize the transfer and positioning function of the welding gun during the welding process.
The water cooling system is mainly used to cool the welding gun and copper base plate to ensure the stability of continuous welding.
The gas protection system mainly provides gas protection for the welding process to ensure the quality of welding.
The electric control cabinet and the equipment body are fixed together, which is convenient for the equipment to move in later period.
1 set of automatic needle grinding machine is equipped, which can be used to manually grind tungsten needles.
ST2.1:Integrated V-bending and Lock-Seaming Machine
The all-in-one machine integrates two processes including rolling, V-bending and lock-seaming. Compared with the traditional processing process, it saves operators while reducing manual intervention and improving product consistency;
At the same time, it can meet the processing requirements of inner cylinders with the same diameter and different heights, and realize one-click model change;
The mold adopts a quick-change structure design, which is convenient and quick to replace;
Automatic feeding (discharging) of materials can be realized (optional).
ST3:Expanding machine
The main body of the equipment adopts the welded frame, using metal plates + grids+ aluminum profiles for safety protection.
The expansion mold adopts a quick-change structure, which facilitates rapid manual replacement. For different width expansion requirements, corresponding molds need to be configured for quick change.
The mold is made of imported copper alloy material AMPCO brands, and the mold life is ≥0.5 million times.
The electrical control cabinet and the equipment body are fixed together for easy movement of the equipment in the future. For the convenience of manual operation, the equipment is equipped with a foot pedal.
On the operating surface of the equipment, grating protection is designed. One cleaning air gun is equipped to facilitate manual cleaning of the mold surface.

ST4:Embossing machine
The main body of the equipment adopts the welded frame, using metal plates + grids+ aluminum profiles for safety protection.
The equipment rotates the drum to realize sequential embossing on three sides.
The equipment consists of a drum support mechanism, a special forming mechanism, embossing mold, a hydraulic station.
The drum supporting mechanism is driven by a servo motor to achieve up and down movement. When manually loading, the drum needs to be placed as per the marks.
The embossing mold adopts quick fixing method, equipped with handle for convenient transportation. Different embossing molds need to be replaced for drums with different embossing patterns.
On the operating surface of the equipment, grating protection is designed. One cleaning air gun is equipped to facilitate manual cleaning of the mold surface.

ST5:Flanging machine
The basic frame of this machine is made of square steel pipes, using metal plates + grid + aluminum profiles for safety protection.
The rotation of the main shaft is realized by the motor, and the inner bracing mechanism driven by the cylinder realizes the tight expanding of the drum. The 4 pieces of inner bracing modules are rubber covered, to avoid scratching on the drum surface.
The positioning wheels and flanging wheels are made of imported SKH51, with TICN plating. Service life ≥300,000 times.
The electric control cabinet and the equipment body are fixed together, which is convenient for the equipment to move in later period.
For drums with different diameters, the flanging support mold needs to be replaced when changing models.
ST6:Lifter screw hole piercing machine
The main body of the equipment adopts the welded frame, using metal plates + grids+ aluminum profiles for safety protection. The equipment rotates the drum to sequentially pierce the lifter mounting holes on three sides. The equipment consists of a drum support mechanism, a special hydraulic forming mechanism, forming mold, a hydraulic station. The drum supporting mechanism is driven by a servo motor to achieve up and down movement. When manually loading, the drum needs to be placed as per the marks.
A special mold lifting mechanism is designed to facilitate manual mold replacement. The waste material generated from mold cutting enters the waste trolley through a special guide chute. One waste trolley will be supplied together with the machine. We use standard mold structure (with stripper, base plate, guiding bushes, etc.) for the piercing mold. Quick fixing method is adopted to fix the mold to the machine. The mold is also equipped with a handle for easy handling. Drums with different hole positions require different punching dies. One set of punch and matrix spare part will be delivered together with the machine. On the operating surface of the equipment, grating protection is designed. One cleaning air gun is equipped to facilitate manual cleaning of the mold surface. ST7:Seaming machine
The basic frame of this machine is made of square steel pipes, using metal plates for safety protection. The spindle up-down movement is driven by a servo motor, and one-click model change can be achieved when switching between drums of different heights. The spindle rotation is driven by a servo motor, and the drum is rotated by a coaxial drive to ensure the rotation synchronization of the upper and lower rotating disks. It is designed with 4 sets of forming wheels (2 sets of curling wheels + 2 sets of press-flattening wheels). The forming wheel propulsion mechanism is driven by a servo motor + screw rod, and the position parameters can be directly adjusted through the HMI. The forming wheels are made of imported SKH51, with TICN plating. Service life ≥200000 times The curling wheel is equipped with a manual oil spray lubrication mechanism. The lubrication oil shall be added manually and regularly. The electric control cabinet and the equipment body are fixed together, which is convenient for the equipment to move in later period. For drums with different front and rear covers, the upper and lower profiling disks need to be replaced when changing models.
ST8:Spider screw hole piercing machine
The basic frame of this machine is made of square tubes, using metal plates + grid + aluminum profiles for safety protection. Use high-precision sliding plates and guide pillars as guides to ensure accurate alignment of the piercing punch and die. As for the circumferential positioning of the drum, a profiling fixture is used to position the drum to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the circumferential positioning. The positioning of the drum adopts a positioning method in which the servo module drives the upper pressing mechanism to move downwards and the bottom cylinder supports upwards to ensure that the distance between the center of the screw and the upper edge is consistent, thus to ensure the overall drum height. The machine adopts the process of piercing two holes at the same time. The piercing waste must be automatically withdrawn and concentrated in the waste trolley which will be also be supplied together with this machine. The piercing punch and die are made of high-strength alloy steel with the service life of ≥100,000 times. The electric control cabinet and the equipment body are fixed together, which is convenient for the equipment to move in later period. For drums of different distance between spider holes, it’s necessary to change the piercing component assembly when changing models. For drums of different rear covers, it’s necessary to change the profiling blocks when changing models.
ST9:Manual screwing tooling for spider
The tooling is of welded frame. The rotating disc is unpowered, and a profiling block is installed on it. The hold-down mechanism is driven by air cylinder, with adjustable pressing force. The directional valve is installed to switch the action of pressing cylinder. 1 pneumatic screw gun will be equipped. The tooling is equipped with a screw box for easy placement of screws, with a capacity of ≥500 pieces. For drums of different diameters, it’s necessary to change the profiling block when changing models.
ST10:Manual screwing tooling for plastic lifter
The main frame is made from welding process. When manually screwing, place the drum on its side. Unpowered rollers are installed on the left and right sides of the tooling table to facilitate manual rotation of the drum for screwing. This tooling is designed with a bracket for hanging the pneumatic screw gun, and the bracket height is adjustable. The supplier is responsible for configuring 1 pneumatic screw gun. The tooling is equipped with a screw box for easy placement of screws, with a capacity of ≥500 pieces.
