IDO Technology’s 60 Platform Dishwasher Tub Assembly Line offers tailored automation transfer solutions for domestic customers, 
enhancing production efficiency, precision, and reliability in dishwasher manufacturing.
Equipped with dedicated top, middle, and bottom plate feeding systems, as well as a post-seaming unloading and transfer device, the E5-60Plus roll seaming equipment introduces an innovative seaming technology to support the development of the new E5-60Plus model while remaining fully compatible with existing E5-60 mass production. This advanced solution accelerates factory digitalization and intelligent manufacturing transformation, empowering the upgrade toward high-end smart production.

  • Equipment Composition​​​​​​​
    The system consists of four workstations: A1, A2, A3, and A4.
Workstation A1: Two Single-Piece Conveyors
1.The conveyor system is designed to transport components across the entire production line, from the loading workstation to the pre-assembly station. Top and bottom plates are conveyed as a synchronized set, with belts equipped with profiling positioning brackets, operating in a continuous loop. The system includes an elevation section, requiring overhead clearance above the material area, with a minimum height of 1.8–2.0 m.
 
2.Support platforms and top-bottom plate positioning fixtures are provided along the conveyor line to ensure precise positioning, meeting the accuracy requirements of the gluing process. Final adjustments are subject to actual operational performance. The gluing system and robots are supplied by the client, while the contractor is responsible for integrating the equipment with the line and performing coordinated commissioning.
Workstation A2: Pre-Assembly Station
1.This workstation performs the pre-assembly of the middle plate with the top and bottom plates.

2. Before the components are loaded onto the roll seaming workstation via the main conveyor system, this station arranges the different tub components in their proper positions.

3. The second robotic arm of the main conveyor system is equipped with three independent clamping units to secure the top plate, middle plate, and bottom plate of the tub.

4.The equipment is supported by a metal frame and includes:
  • Pneumatic devices for fixing the middle plate in the correct position;
  • Two feeding robotic arms with suction cups for top and bottom plates;
  • Independent pneumatic control for 90° motion (horizontal/vertical) of the two feeding arms;
  • All suction cups are mounted on retractable pneumatic cylinders to prevent interference with the roll seaming equipment.
Workstation A3: Roll Seaming Station
At this workstation, the middle plate, top plate, and bottom plate are assembled together using the roll seaming process. The equipment is supported by a welded metal frame and a welded metal base, with the base fully stress-relieved to eliminate welding-induced deformation. Roll seaming wheels are mounted on movable support plates on both sides, which are installed on sliding guides and driven by servo motors to perform the required lateral movements. The station includes 10 roll seaming wheels for top plate–middle plate assembly and 10 roll seaming wheels for bottom plate–middle plate assembly. For safety, the equipment is enclosed by a protective fence with integrated safety doors, safeguarding the entire work area.
Workstation A4: Unloading & Transfer Station
At this station, following roll seaming, the third gantry-mounted robotic arm extracts the tub and precisely transfers it onto the rail cart.
