Stamping And Forming Line for Inner Drum of Drum Washing Machine

This line is a semi-automatic production line delivered to Hisense (Changxing) in August 2017 to produce drum of front loading washing machine. It can realize automatic progressive stamping processes of bending, seaming, flanging, riveting, piercing and screwing. With the help of mechanical hands, it can realize semi-automatic production with high cost performance. The whole line only needs 3 people to achieve stable output (cycle of the whole production line: 25s). Under the high-precision conveying of the clamping feeder, the material can be connected with the drum progressive tool to achieve indefinite step feeding, and the tool production cycle can reach 12-15s.
