Earlier this year, one of our key partners in the washing machine production line sector approached us with an urgent request: to further improve production speed and adapt more efficiently to small-batch, multi-model manufacturing.

In response, IDO quickly assembled a dedicated R&D team to conduct on-site research and process optimization. Focusing on real production challenges — limited cycle speed, low compatibility, and complex maintenance — our engineers initiated a new wave of innovation that led to the creation of the next-generation Z-bending & Lock-seaming Integrated Machine, now entering the final stage before field validation.

The new system expands its adjustable workpiece range from 40 mm (450–490 mm) to an impressive 130 mm (450–580 mm).

This breakthrough enables rapid switching between multiple product specifications, offering exceptional flexibility for small-batch or multi-model production — helping clients reduce equipment investment and increase overall manufacturing agility.

By upgrading both the electromechanical coordination system and control algorithms, the production cycle has been reduced from 20 seconds to just 12 seconds.
