Fully Automatic Plasma Welding Production Line for Drum Washing Machines

This line is used to produce drum components of front loading washing machine. The advanced plasma welding technology is adopted to weld wrappers with high welding strength and stable quality, also with the features of convenient maintenance and low running cost. The unmanned operation of key processes is realized by integrating multiple processes through automated facilities. The positioning and execution of all process actions are realized through precision servo drive, combined with online real-time monitoring and control via Ethernet network, thus to achieve feedback and adjustment to meet high flexibility production requirements, and accomplish compatible production for multi-platform products.
