Annual Strategic Meeting Overview


From January 8 to 11, 2026, IDO Technology’s management team gathered in Shenzhen for a four-day, three-night strategic meeting. As the forefront of China’s socialist modernization and the core engine of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Shenzhen provided an inspiring and guiding backdrop for this meeting, with its remarkable competitiveness, innovation, and global influence.

Meeting Theme & Strategic Focus


The meeting’s theme was "Aiming High, Creating Value," and it centered around key topics such as individual roles and self-awareness, the role of mechanisms in fostering prosperity, human capital development, high-performance team building, CEO mindset, strategic planning, financial and risk management, innovation, integration, collaboration, and AI digital empowerment. These discussions were aimed at systematically planning the development path for IDO Technology in 2026.

Innovation & Human Capital Development


Adhering to the principle of balancing idealism with pragmatism, the meeting was designed to map out the company's future trajectory. To encourage in-depth exchange and stimulate thought-provoking conversations, the management team was divided into three groups for friendly competition and sharing. The meeting encouraged an open and honest atmosphere with the motto "Dare to speak up, speak clearly, speak face-to-face, speak directly," which helped foster meaningful reflections, deeply resonating with participants' sense of mission and drive.

Benchmark Enterprise Visits & Insights


The team also took two afternoons to visit benchmark enterprises for on-site learning. They first visited Lenovo’s Shenzhen Innovation Technology Park and then Huawei's Songshan Lake European Town. At Lenovo’s globally leading smart manufacturing lighthouse factory, the team experienced cutting-edge manufacturing technologies and processes.

In Huawei’s uniquely designed campus, participants immersed themselves in a rich atmosphere of innovation and corporate culture. In-depth conversations with senior employees, who have 30 years of service at Lenovo and 18 years at Huawei, allowed the team to gain a deep understanding of the core values of "customer-centricity, talent-oriented, and long-term struggle." The belief that "the mountains are high, but people are the peak—reaching the top of the world" profoundly impacted everyone, bringing about a strong spiritual awakening and conceptual elevation.

Through this meeting, IDO Technology’s management team thoroughly reviewed its accomplishments and experiences from 2025, actively learning from industry-leading practices. Together, they laid out the strategic direction and action plan for 2026.
