1) Corner clinching (frame reinforcement L & R with upper front reinforcement) to get a U-shaped frame reinforcement
a) Applicable material specifications:
Ø Upper front reinforcement: 1mm (galvanized sheet), detailed dimensions are subject to the drawings and actual objects provided by Party A;
Ø Left and right reinforced frames: 1mm (galvanized sheet), detailed dimensions are subject to the drawings and actual objects provided by Party A;
b) Main technical requirements:
Ø Production cycle time: ≤60s;
Ø Qualification rate: ≥99%;
Ø Number of clinching points: 3 clinching points on the left and right sides of the upper front reinforcement; 6 clinching points in total;
Ø Clinching point diameter: ≥ 6mm; the clinching point convex point is inward; the clinching point position and size meet the drawing requirements;
Ø Single-point clinching strength requirements: the clinching point has no quality problems such as cracking, deriveting, deformation, scratches, etc.;
Ø During the production process, all surfaces should be smooth and free of defects such as tears, wrinkles, warping, and distortion;
Ø The location, size and shape of the clinching points meet the drawing requirements;
Ø Operation processes: manual loading (upper front reinforcement, left and right reinforcement frames) - start (clamping) clinching – manual unloading; left/right sides are clinched simultaneously;
Ø Equipment safety: double-button operation, equipped with emergency stop button, fence, grating protection, and safety alarm;
Ø Number of operators: 1 person.
c) Main functions and working procedures:
Ø The function is to clinch the upper front reinforcement and the left and right reinforcing frame components;
Ø The machine is manually operated, parts and materials are placed manually, and the machine automatically clamps and positions;
Ø Operation process: Place the parts and materials manually, start the equipment, and the left and right reinforcing frame components will be automatically positioned and clamped. The equipment starts clinching, and after completion, the workpiece is removed manually;
