upper cover, bottom plate, detailed dimensions are subject to the drawings and actual objects provided by Party A;

Ø Production cycle time: ≤ 60s;

Ø Qualification rate: ≥99%;

Ø During the production process, the equipment has good safety.

Ø The equipment is also equipped with a manual sealant gun to facilitate manual glue replenishment;

Ø Equipment safety: double-button control, equipped with emergency stop button, photoelectric switch, fence, grating protection, and safety alarm;

Ø Number of operators: 1 person;

Ø The sealant supply system is suitable for a single tube of silica sealant of about 300ml;

b) Main functions and working procedures:

Ø The function is to apply sealant to the upper cover and bottom;

Ø The machine is manually operated, with manual loading and automatic gluing;

Operation processes: Manually place the upper cover into the positioning tooling, start up the machine, and the trajectory module + sealant supply system will quickly complete the automatic sealant dispensing according to the program along the part profiling trajectory. During the operation for upper cover, place the bottom plate in the proper position, start up the machine. After the sealant dispensing for upper cover is completed, the gun head moves to the bottom plate dispensing position and starts work. After dispensing is finished, the part will be manually unloaded.
