Mechanical roll seaming: bottom/upper cover with side-back-side
Manual operation instructions: After placing 3 parts (bottom, upper cover, side-back-side) manually, start the equipment, the equipment will automatically position and start roll seaming, and automatically eject the product after completion. After manually holding the product, step on the foot switch to lower the lifting mechanism to take out the product. This part requires 2 people to cooperate in the operation.
 
An HMI is designed to facilitate manual operation. Two mobile operation boxes are designed, using a two-hand switch to start and stop the equipment, and an emergency stop switch is configured. After the emergency stop is pressed, a corresponding alarm needs to be displayed on the HMI.

The left, right and rear sides of the equipment are designed with aluminum profile + mesh or acrylic protection structure, and an alarm needs to be displayed on the HMI when the maintenance door is opened.

The equipment operation surface is designed with an optical grating. Once the grating is blocked, the equipment must stop working and an alarm will be displayed on the HMI.

Adhesive sealant dispensingon upper cover and bottom
Manual operation instructions: Manually place the upper cover and bottom plate into the profiling tooling of the transverse moving module, start the equipment with both hands, the transverse moving module transports the t upper cover and bottom plate to the adhesive sealant dispensing station, and the robot performs the dispensing. After the process is completed, the transverse moving module transports the upper cover and bottom plate to the inspection station, and finally the transverse moving module transports the upper cover and bottom plate to the unloading station to be taken out manually.

Manual operation instructions: After placing two parts (side-back-side flat and bracket) manually, start the equipment to perform clinching. After completion of clinching, the belt line will lift up or the robot will suck the side-back-side flat to transport it to the bending station. Then the belt line is lowered or the robot release the side-back-side flat to be positioned by the cylinder, and bending begins. After bending, the belt line is lifted up to transport the U-bended side-back-side to the manual unloading station, and to be taken out manually.

Tub bitumen oven line
Manual operation instructions: Manually complete the R corner glue injection of the sealing support, clean the extra glue after roll-seaming, paste the bitumen on the tub surface, manually put the tub on the baking plate chain line, and after heating, manually take out the tub and manually smooth the bitumen on the tub surface.

After completion of clinching, the equipment returns to the initial state and the final reinforcement frame assembly will be manually taken out.
