Sealing Support Production Line

a) Applicable material specifications:

Ø Sealing support: 0.4mm (SUS304/BA), detailed dimensions are subject to the drawings and actual objects provided by Party A;

b) Main technical requirements:

Ø Production cycle time: ≤ 60s;

Ø Qualification rate: ≥98%;

Ø During the production process, all surfaces should be smooth and free of defects such as tears, wrinkles, warping, and distortion;

Ø The size and shape of the sealing frame meet the drawing requirements;

Ø Operation processes: manual feeding (stainless steel coil is placed on the tensioning and unwinding rack) - manual guide feeding into the forming machine - start working (sealing support forming) – manual unloading;

Ø Equipment safety: double-button operation, equipped with emergency stop button, fence, grating protection, and safety alarm;

Ø Number of operators: 1 person.

c) Main functions and working procedures:

Ø Function: to produce the sealing support from the stainless steel coil;

Ø The machine is manually operated. Manually place the stainless steel coil and automatically form the sealing support;

Ø Operation processes: First, the stainless-steel coil to be processed is placed on the tensioning rack, and is fed into the forming machine by manual guidance; through the rolling of the roller die of the forming machine, the strip is gradually rolled into the product shape and enters the punching machine. In the punching area, the workpiece is notched according to the process requirements, and the product runs forward into the bending mechanism. When the length of the semi-finished product under the bending mechanism reaches the required length, the punched material is cut off, and the fillet is formed also. After that, the deburring mechanism automatically polishes the incision, and then the bending machine bends it into a U shape. The cylinder pushes the workpiece to unload, and then it is manually taken out and placed on the sealing support vehicle for later use.
