Washing Machine Cabinet Bending and Clinching Line
Components and Finished Products Display
From sheet metal components to an assembled washing machine cabinet through U-bending and clinching.
Production Line Overview
The front-loading washing machine cabinet bending and clinching line is designed for U-shaped cabinet bending and clinching of connecting plates and upper and lower reinforcement plates. It processes galvanized color-coated or pre-coated sheets with a thickness of 0.7–0.8 mm. The line comprises one U-bending machine, one connecting plate clinching machine, and two manually operated reinforcement plate clinching stations. Loading and unloading are performed manually, with a specified cycle time of ≤60 seconds per cabinet and a changeover time of less than 30 minutes per machine.

U-Bending Machine
• Forms the cabinet sheet into a U-shaped body using a pneumatically driven bending die.
• Uses pneumatic clamping and positioning to hold the sheet during bending.
• Adjustable positioning blocks accommodate different cabinet models.
• Contact parts use special materials and polished surfaces to help prevent scratches on coated sheets.
• Equipped with two-hand start buttons, safety light curtains, protective mesh, and a three-color indicator light.
• Dimensions (L × W × H): 3,100 × 2,000 × 2,200 mm.
• Machine weight: 1,440 kg.

Connecting Plate Clinching Machine
• Joins the connecting plate to the cabinet, clinching both sides simultaneously.
• Uses a hydropneumatic booster cylinder to provide clinching force.
• Pneumatically operated contoured positioning blocks locate the cabinet.
• Different cabinet models require matching sets of positioning blocks.
• Equipped with safety light curtains, protective mesh, and a three-color indicator light.
• Clinching punch and die service life: ≥80,000 cycles.
• Dimensions (L × W × H): 2,100 × 1,700 × 2,200 mm.
• Machine weight: 1,450 kg.

Upper Bracket Clinching Tooling
• Attaches the upper reinforcement bracket to the cabinet through individually operated clinching points.
• Uses a jib-mounted suspended clinching tool powered by a hydropneumatic booster cylinder.
• The operator positions the cabinet and upper bracket, then performs successive single-point clinching operations.
• Includes a separate movable control cabinet connected to the station.
• Clinching punch and die service life: ≥80,000 cycles.
• Dimensions (L × W × H): 2,000 × 1,500 × 3,300 mm.
• Machine weight: 380 kg.

Lower Bracket Clinching Tooling
• Attaches the lower reinforcement bracket to the cabinet through individually operated clinching points.
• Uses a jib-mounted suspended clinching tool powered by a hydropneumatic booster cylinder.
• The operator positions the cabinet and lower bracket, then performs successive single-point clinching operations.
• Includes a separate movable control cabinet connected to the station.
• Clinching punch and die service life: ≥80,000 cycles.
• Dimensions (L × W × H): 2,000 × 1,500 × 3,300 mm.
• Machine weight: 380 kg.
