Production Line Overview
This production line is a standalone system dedicated to the manufacture of pulsator-type washing machine inner tubs. Featuring an innovative domestic design for a single-piece, tapered-drum structure, the system employs a comprehensive process route—including precision cutting, welding, rib rolling, back-flush hole punching, rim curling, and spin-riveting with sealant application—to ensure enhanced welding stability. This enables the consistent production of inner tubs characterized by both high quality and superior leak-tightness. As the sole domestic supplier of butt-seam welding machines for stainless steel sheet metal, Aidu Technology has leveraged its existing technological foundation to collaboratively develop a third-generation automatic TIG welding machine; its innovative structural design effectively resolves the technical challenges associated with positioning workpieces of varying diameters.

Servo precision cutting equipment
● The equipment shall utilize a two-hand control system for operation and must be equipped with an emergency stop switch.
● A safety light curtain shall be installed on the operator's side.
● The equipment must feature a reliable positioning and clamping mechanism to ensure that, following precision cutting, the surface quality, shape, parallelism, straightness, and flatness meet all requirements, and that the dimensions of the workpiece conform to the product drawings. The positioning setup shall be ergonomically designed to facilitate the convenient loading and unloading of workpieces.
● Prior to cutting, the workpiece must undergo precise positioning across all axes—front-to-back, left-to-right, and up-to-down; specifically, the precise positioning in both the width and length directions must be controlled via servo mechanisms.

Rolling machine
● Designed for automated inline integration with precision cutting equipment, or configurable as a standalone, integrated unit;
● The rolling mechanism is capable of uniformly rolling sector-shaped blanks into a circular form;
● The design incorporates provisions for future expansion of rolling parameters, allowing for subsequent accommodation of inner diameters ranging from 420 to 600 mm and heights ranging from 240 to 600 mm;
● The processed products shall fully comply with the specifications outlined in the product drawings and technical process requirements;
● Following the rolling process, the precision-cut edges must be free of deformation or any other defects that could compromise welding quality.

Welding machine
● The TIG welding process is employed.
● The welding equipment must be fitted with a protective enclosure to shield the operator from harmful fumes and intense light. The operational controls must be simple and designed to be "foolproof" (error-proof); specifically, the equipment cannot be activated unless the protective enclosure is securely closed, and an emergency stop switch must be provided.
● Once the material sheet has been rolled into shape, it requires precise positioning within the welding equipment (the positioning fixture must be designed with full consideration for the product's structural characteristics and process requirements) to ensure that the seam edges are parallel, free of height discrepancies, and without axial misalignment. Subsequently, the protective enclosure automatically closes to initiate the welding process; upon completion of the weld, the enclosure automatically opens to allow for the removal of the finished material sheet.

Weld seam inspection machine
● The height of the loading line meets operational requirements; a foot pedal can be added to ensure that operators do not need to bend down or stand on their tiptoes during operation.
● The equipment must be capable of inspecting weld seams located within the 240–600 mm range.
● Manual loading is required, and the workpiece must be aligned with the reference point before the equipment can be activated; the device is capable of performing the "bump-forming" operation on the weld seams at both the arc-start and arc-end points, with the position of the bump-form adjustable along the weld seam.

Grooving and flanging machine
● The equipment must be fitted with a two-hand start switch, an emergency stop switch, and photoelectric sensors.
● The entire perimeter of the equipment is protected by safety netting.
● It is compatible with the production of products ranging in size from 420–600 mm in diameter and 240–600 mm in height.
● The beading and flanging unit utilizes a soft-die mold.
● The outer surface of the expansion mandrel features a rubber coating to prevent scratching of the product's inner surface during the expansion process.
● The expansion mandrel drive mechanism must be manually adjustable.

Lifter screw hole piercing machine
● The height of the feeding line meets operational requirements, allowing operators to work without having to bend down or stand on tiptoe.
● The stamping die is replaceable and compatible with the production of products ranging in size from 420–600 mm in diameter and 240–600 mm in height.
● Hydraulic power is utilized to drive the cutting mechanism.
● The accuracy of the punching hole spacing meets the specifications outlined in the technical drawings, and the formed area must be free of any cracks or wrinkles.

Curling machine
● The entire unit is enclosed by protective safety netting.
● It is compatible with the production of products ranging in size from 420–600 mm in diameter and 240–600 mm in height.
● The curling machine utilizes a hardened die.
● The equipment is fitted with a two-hand start switch, an emergency stop switch, and photoelectric sensors.

Seaming machine
● The height of the feeding line meets operational requirements; a foot pedal can be added to ensure that operators do not need to bend down or stand on their tiptoes during operation.
● The system is compatible with the production of products ranging in size from 420–600 mm in diameter and 240–600 mm in height.
● The orbital riveting machine utilizes a rigid fixture.
● The equipment features an integrated design with a compact structure and logical layout, facilitating easy on-site handling and maintenance.

Adhensive sealant dispensing equipment
● The height of the feeding line is optimized for ergonomic operation, ensuring that operators do not need to bend down or stand on tiptoes to perform their tasks.
● The system is compatible with the production of products ranging in size from 420–600 mm in diameter and 240–600 mm in height.
● The sealant—of a specific model designated by Party A—is supplied in drums and features a precision control system that allows for adjustable injection speed, volume, and duration.
● Once the workpiece has been manually loaded, the operator activates the start button. The sealant dispensing nozzle automatically moves to the designated position; the workpiece then rotates to facilitate the injection process, after which the operator manually removes the finished workpiece.
