Top-loading Washing Machine Cabinet Forming Line
Production Line Overview
The list of equipment required for this production line's pulsator washing machine cabinet line is as follows: Pulsator Cabinet Bending Machine, Double-Head Connecting Plate Riveting Machine, Front Corner Plate Riveting Machine, Rear Corner Plate Riveting Machine, and accompanying spare parts and tools.
Production Line Parameters
Whether the production line equipment is automated or manual depends on various factors, including the client's specific requirements, cycle time, investment budget, and available facility space. Our projects constitute fully customized, integrated turnkey solutions—encompassing every stage from initial consultation, design, and manufacturing to installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.

Cabinet U-bending machine
● Manual Operation Instructions: After the robot automatically places the sheet material onto the loading station, it is automatically conveyed to the small-radius bending station and positioned. The bending mechanism then descends to complete the small-radius bend. Following this, two robotic manipulators transfer the material to the large-radius bending station and position it; the bending mechanism descends once again to complete the large-radius bend. Finally, the two manipulators transfer the bent material to the unloading station, where it is manually retrieved, thereby completing one full work cycle.
● The equipment consists of a loading station, a small-radius bending station, a large-radius bending station, an unloading station, and a dual-station robotic manipulator system.

Double-Head Continuous-Plate Clinching Machine
● Manual Operation Instructions: The operator manually places the upper connecting plate and the housing onto the positioning fixtures at the riveting station in sequence. Upon activating the equipment, the machine rivets the points on the front face of the upper connecting plate; once the riveting process is complete, the operator manually unloads the workpiece.
● The equipment consists of a frame, a riveting station, a lateral transfer mechanism, and auxiliary loading fixtures.
● Frame: The frame is constructed from welded steel tubing.

Front/Rear Corner Plate Clinching Machine
● Traversing Mechanism: This mechanism utilizes a configuration comprising a servo motor, lead screw, and linear guide. The riveting station is mounted directly onto this mechanism to facilitate changeovers for different product models.
● The system features an HMI (Human-Machine Interface) designed to facilitate manual operation. Additionally, a fixed-position control box is provided, requiring simultaneous two-handed activation to start or stop the equipment. The unit is also equipped with an emergency stop switch; upon activation of the emergency stop, a corresponding alarm notification must be displayed on the HMI.
