Cavity body U-bending machine
● To 90° bend the flat cavity body coming from the stamping process, to make it into U-shape.
● Manually place the flat cavity body in the machine in the proper; position and properly located.
● Manually push the two-hand start-up buttons

Cavity body, base plate and rear plate pre-assembling; Cavity body and base plate clinching machine
● To pre-assemble the cavity body, base plate and rear plate.
● To clinch the base plate to the cavity body
● Manually place the parts in the machine in such order: base plate → U-bended cavity body → rear plate
● Manually push the two-hand start-up buttons

Rear plate clinching machine
● To clinch the rear plate to the cavity body.
● Manually place the cavity body into the profiling tooling;
● Manually push the two-hand start-up buttons;
● Use the positioning suction cup to suck and position the cavity body, then the tooling moves as a whole, the inlet and outlet cylinder stretches out, and the lifting cylinder goes down to enter the clinching position.

Front plate clinching machine
● To clinch the front plate to the cavity body
● Manually place the parts in the machine in such order: cavity body → front plate
● Manually push the two-hand start-up buttons;
● The front and rear cylinders move, and the cavity tooling is pulled to the clinching station.

Projection welding machine of Wave guide connecting plate A and B to cavity body
● To weld the wave guide connecting plate A and B to cavity body
● Manually place the cavity body in the machine and put the wave guide connecting plate A and B to be sucked by the cooper electrode;
● Manually push the two-hand start-up buttons.
