Fully-Automated Refrigerator Door Panel Stamping Line
Production Line Overview
Sheet blanks are loaded onto the A/B loading carts by forklift and manually aligned. The loading manipulator transfers each blank to the secondary positioning unit. The five-station gantry manipulator then transfers the blank sequentially through four 200T presses. After four stamping processes, the finished refrigerator door panel is transferred to the unloading conveyor for manual collection.
Technical Specifications
Whether the production line equipment is automated or manual depends on various factors, including the client's specific requirements, cycle time, investment budget, and available facility space. Our projects constitute fully customized, integrated turnkey solutions—encompassing every stage from initial consultation, design, and manufacturing to installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.

Four-Station Stamping System
Core stamping unit with four 200T presses for continuous automated door panel production.Four 200T presses are arranged in sequence to complete the required stamping processes. The presses are integrated with the gantry transfer system for continuous automated production.
Two functional features
● RFID Die Identification
● Die Surface Air-Blow Cleaning

Five-Station Gantry Transfer System
The gantry system consists of five independent manipulators. Each manipulator moves along the X, Y and Z axes to transfer workpieces between stations. No. 1 manipulator is responsible for loading and includes double-sheet detection, while No. 5 manipulator handles unloading.

Automatic Loading and Secondary Positioning
Sheet blanks are loaded, transferred and positioned before entering the automated stamping process.
① A/B Loading Carts
Sheet blanks are loaded by forklift and manually aligned before the cart moves to the manipulator pick-up position.
② Loading Manipulator
Transfers sheet blanks from the A/B loading carts to the secondary positioning unit.
③ Secondary Positioning Unit
Positions each sheet laterally and longitudinally before it enters the stamping process.

Front-In / Rear-Out Die Change System
As shown in the figure, four stationary die-change tables are positioned at the front of the press for die changing, and another four are located at the rear. The push-pull mechanism utilizes a dual-hook design capable of moving two die sets simultaneously: the die from the front table enters the press while the die currently in the press moves out to the rear table, thereby enabling efficient die changing.

Integrated Safety Protection
Safety Door Operational Status:
1.The safety gate latch must be disengaged to open the gate; when the safety gate is open, all equipment on the line stops.
Safety Light Curtain Operating Status:
2.During normal operation, touching the safety light curtain causes the entire system to stop; the safety light curtain is deactivated during mold change mode.

Production Monitoring System
Cameras are installed at key positions of the production line to support equipment monitoring and troubleshooting.
System Components:
● Camera
● Hard Disk
● Recorder
● Switch
● Display
● Network Cables
