Front-loading Washing Machine Drum Assembly Line

(Plasma welding type)

Front-loading Washing Machine Drum Assembly Line (Plasma Welding Type) — Utilizing advanced plasma welding technology, this line is specifically engineered for the automated production of inner drums for high-end front-loading washing machines. The complete line integrates core processes such as automated feeding, cylindrical forming, precision welding, and post-weld shaping and inspection, thereby achieving highly efficient and stable continuous production. Compared to traditional welding methods, plasma welding offers distinct advantages—including more uniform weld seams, superior strength, and a smaller heat-affected zone—which effectively enhance the inner drum's leak-tightness and overall product quality. The entire line supports intelligent control systems and customizable configurations, making it ideally suited to meet the high-volume, high-standard production requirements of home appliance manufacturers.

The Three Sections of the Production Line

    Effortless and Secure Accesstrt

    Stamping Section

The stamping section involves decoiling, straightening, and servo feeding, followed by the actual stamping process performed by a punch press and dies.

    Effortless and Secure Accesstrt

    Welding Section

Workpieces are transported via transfer lines and robotic manipulators to the welding station; following precision cutting and turnover transfer, plasma welding is performed.

    Forming Section

After welding, the process proceeds to expanding, embossing, flanging, piercing of lifter screw holes, and seaming; finally, the finished product is conveyed out via a roller conveyor line. This section incorporates manual pre-assembly tooling, as well as automated feeding systems for the front and rear covers, and for the spiders and screws.
