Components and Finished Products Display
Components such as inner drum blanks, balance rings, and plastic bases undergo a series of processes to be assembled into a finished drum.
Production Line Overview
This system is primarily utilized for the feeding, precision cutting, forming, rolling, laser welding, slotting, and unloading of sheet metal components for washing machine drums. A dual-station stacking trolley automatically advances to the loading station for manual sheet placement; the trolley then automatically moves to the suction station, where it locks into position. A servo-driven mechanism handles the suction and placement of the sheet, followed by clamping and precise positioning. The sheet is subsequently conveyed to the forming station, where it undergoes precise lateral and longitudinal alignment, forming, welding, and slotting, before proceeding to the automatic unloading station.
