    Production Line Overview

One Model 60 Liner Seaming Machine, complete with the requisite top, bottom, and middle plates, associated feeding mechanisms, and a post-seaming unloading and transfer device. This system innovates the seaming process to support the R&D of the new E5-60Plus product line, while remaining fully compatible with the factory's existing mass production of Model 60 liners. It serves as a pillar for the factory's digital and intelligent infrastructure development, facilitating its transformation toward high-end, intelligent manufacturing. The equipment consists of four workstations: A1, A2, A3, and A4.

    Production Line Parameters

Whether the production line equipment is automated or manual depends on various factors, including the client's specific requirements, cycle time, investment budget, and available facility space. Our projects constitute fully customized, integrated turnkey solutions—encompassing every stage from initial consultation, design, and manufacturing to installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.

The cycle time for the automated line section and each standalone piece of equipment

    ≤ 20 seconds

    Whole-line capacity

    ≥ 160 units/hour

    Product Rejection Rate

    ≤ 0.5%

    Two Single-Piece Conveying Stations

    ● The top and bottom plates shall feature designated mounting locations for the damping press equipment (provided by Party A) at the loading station, ensuring proper interface alignment between the production line and the damping press, as well as the provision of necessary safety safeguards.

    ● The conveying system is utilized to transport components across the entire production line, extending from the loading station to the pre-assembly workstations. The top and bottom plates constitute a single set and are conveyed synchronously; the conveyor belt is equipped with profile-matching positioning fixtures to facilitate continuous loop circulation. The conveying system incorporates an elevation section; consequently, the area beneath this section must be kept clear of materials, maintaining a minimum clearance height of 1.8 to 2.0 meters.

    Pre-assembly Workstation

    ● This workstation performs the pre-assembly of the middle, top, and bottom panels.

    ● Before the main conveying system loads the components into the clinching workstation, this station positions the various inner liner components into their proper locations.

    ● The second robotic arm of the main conveying system is equipped with three independent clamping systems, designed to secure the inner liner's top, middle, and bottom panels, respectively.

    Roll-seaming Workstation

    ● At this workstation, the middle, top, and bottom panels are assembled together using a roll-hemming process.

    ● The middle, top, and bottom panels are loaded directly into the stationary die located at the center of the workstation.

    ● Two servo motors are utilized to actuate the side mechanisms of the workstation, positioning the inner liner components into the hemming position.

    ● Pneumatic fixtures are employed to lock and secure the position of the middle panel during the hemming process.

    Material Unloading and Transfer Workstation

    ● At this workstation, once the inner liner has undergone the flanging process performed by the flanging machine, the third robotic arm—mounted on the flanging machine's gantry—retrieves the inner liner, transfers it, and places it onto a rail-guided trolley;

    ● The third robotic arm shares a common gantry structure with the second robotic arm; its movement along the gantry is driven by a servo motor utilizing a rack-and-pinion transmission system.
