1) Clinch of bracket spray arm on upper cover

a) Applicable material specifications:

Ø Upper cover: 0.4mm (SUS430/BA). Detailed dimensions are subject to the drawings and actual objects provided by Party A;

Ø Bracket spray arm: 0.5mm (SUS430/BA). Detailed dimensions are subject to the drawings and actual objects provided by Party A;

b) Main technical requirements:

Ø Production cycle time: ≤60s;

Ø Qualification rate: ≥99%;

Ø Number of clinching points: 2 clinching points;

Ø Clinching point diameter: ≥4mm, convex point of clinching points will face outward;

Ø Single-point clinching strength requirements: the clinching point has no quality problems such as cracking, deriveting, deformation, scratches, etc.;

Ø During the production process, all surfaces should be smooth and free of defects such as tears, wrinkles, warping, and distortion;

Ø The size and shape meet the drawing requirements;

Ø Equipment safety: double-button operation, equipped with emergency stop button, fence, grating protection, and safety alarm;

Ø Number of operators: 1 person.

c) Main functions and working procedures:

Ø The function is to rivet the bracket on the upper cover;

Ø Manual loading and unloading. Automatic positioning;

Ø Operation processes: Manually place the upper cover into the proper position of the clinching machine, manually install the bracket on the clinching punch, start the machine, wait until the clinching is completed, and manually pick up the part out from the machine.
